Costiera Cilentana in autobus scoperto: la costa che ispirò Virgilio
Partenza dall’hotel dopo colazione, in autobus scoperto.
La Costiera Cilentana è una gemma nascosta della Campania, un tratto di costa che si estende per circa 100 chilometri lungo il Mar Tirreno, un angolo di paradiso noto per le sue acque cristalline, le spiagge incontaminate e i pittoreschi borghi marinari. Sembra che questi paesaggi siano stati l’ambientazione dell’Eneide di Virgilio.
Il nostro tour passerà per Agropoli, appunto indicata come la porta del Cilento, per proseguire verso Santa Maria di Castellabate dove faremo una prima sosta per ammirare l’incantevole lungomare ai piedi del borgo medioevale. Il tour proseguirà verso San Marco, poi Agnone fino ad arrivare alla seconda sosta prevista nel magnifico, quasi fiabesco, borgo di Acciaroli. Durante il percorso saranno effettuate delle soste (ove consentito) in punti panoramici per godere di un paesaggio spettacolare e ammirare la skyline, e per darvi la possibilità di immortalare i punti più suggestivi di questa fascia costiera che mantiene ancora oggi una natura incontaminata, quasi selvaggia. Caratteristiche, queste, che la rendono misteriosa e affascinante.
Si prosegue, passando per Pioppi, verso Ascea dove è prevista una terza sosta per la visita agli scavi archeologici di Velia. Qualora NON tutti i clienti fossero interessati all’area archeologica, in attesa che la visita venga effettuata, è prevista una sosta al lungomare di Ascea.
È importante sapere che:
- Il ritorno è previsto per la strada statale per velocizzare il rientro in hotel, e l’autobus verrà coperto.
- Il biglietto di ingresso agli scavi di Velia NON è compreso nella quota escursione perché soggetto a fasce di età, e particolari convenzioni che possono riguardare il lavoro svolto, o altri casi particolari. Va sottolineato però, che con lo stesso biglietto, se utilizzato entro i 3 giorni dall’acquisto, è incluso l’accesso agli scavi di Paestum (la cui escursione con noi è prevista per Giovedi).

Si consiglia: abbigliamento comodo, copricapo, costume, un foulard per il rientro (ricordiamo che l’autobus è scoperto).

L’escursione verrà effettuata al raggiungimento di minimo 15 persone paganti quota intera.

Cilento coast by open-top bus: the coast that inspired Virgil
Departure from the hotel after breakfast, by open-top bus.
The Cilento Coast is a hidden gem of Campania, a stretch of coast that extends for approximately 100 kilometers along the Tyrrhenian Sea, a corner of paradise known for its crystal clear waters, pristine beaches and picturesque seaside villages. It seems that these landscapes were the setting of Virgil’s Aeneid.
Our tour will pass through Agropoli, referred to as the gateway to Cilento, to continue towards Santa Maria di Castellabate where we will make a first stop to admire the enchanting seafront at the foot of the medieval village. The tour will continue towards San Marco, then Agnone until arriving at the second scheduled stop in the magnificent, almost fairytale-like village of Acciaroli. During the route, stops will be made (where permitted) at panoramic points to enjoy a spectacular landscape and admire the skyline, and to give you the opportunity to immortalize the most evocative points of this coastal strip which still maintains an uncontaminated, almost wild nature today. These are characteristics that make it mysterious and fascinating.
We continue, passing through Pioppi, towards Ascea where a third stop is planned to visit the archaeological excavations of Velia. If NOT all customers are interested in the archaeological area, while waiting for the visit to be carried out, a stop is scheduled at the Ascea seafront.
It is important to know that:
- The return is scheduled via the state road to speed up the return to the hotel, and the bus will be covered.
- The entrance ticket to the excavations of Velia is NOT included in the excursion fee because it is subject to age groups, and particular agreements that may concern the work carried out, or other particular cases. It should be underlined, however, that with the same ticket, if used within 3 days of purchase, access to the Paestum excavations is included (the excursion with us is scheduled for Thursday).

Côte du Cilento en bus à toit ouvert: la côte qui a inspiré Virgile
La côte du Cilento est un joyau caché de la Campanie, une partie de côte qui s’étend sur environ 100 kilomètres le long de la mer Tyrrhénienne, un coin de paradis connu pour ses eaux cristallines, ses plages immaculées et ses villages balnéaires pittoresques. Il semble que ces paysages aient été le décor de l’Énéide de Virgile.
Notre visite passera par Agropoli, connue comme la porte du Cilento, pour continuer vers Santa Maria di Castellabate où nous ferons un premier arrêt pour admirer le charmant front de mer au pied du village médiéval. La visite se poursuivra en direction de San Marco, puis d’Agnone jusqu’à arriver au deuxième arrêt prévu dans le magnifique village presque féerique d’Acciaroli. Pendant le parcours, des arrêts seront effectués (là où cela est autorisé) à des points panoramiques pour profiter d’un paysage spectaculaire et admirer l’horizon, et pour vous donner l’occasion d’immortaliser les points les plus évocateurs de cette bande côtière qui conserve encore aujourd’hui une nature intacte, presque sauvage. Ce sont des caractéristiques qui le rendent mystérieux et fascinant.
Nous continuons, en passant par Pioppi, vers Ascea où un troisième arrêt est prévu pour visiter les fouilles archéologiques de Velia. Si tous les clients ne sont pas intéressés par la zone archéologique, en attendant que la visite soit effectuée, un arrêt est prévu au bord de mer d’Ascea.
Il est important de savoir que :
- Le retour est prévu par la route nationale pour accélérer le retour à l’hôtel, et le bus sera couvert.
- Le billet d’entrée aux fouilles de Velia n’est PAS inclus dans le prix de l’excursion car il est soumis à des tranches d’âge et à des accords particuliers pouvant concerner les travaux effectués ou d’autres cas particuliers. Il convient cependant de souligner qu’avec le même billet, s’il est utilisé dans les 3 jours suivant l’achat, l’accès aux fouilles de Paestum est inclus (l’excursion avec nous est prévue jeudi).

Cilento-Küste mit dem offenen Bus: die Küste, die Virgil inspirierte

Die Cilento-Küste ist ein verstecktes Juwel Kampaniens, ein Küstenabschnitt, der sich über etwa 100 Kilometer entlang des Tyrrhenischen Meeres erstreckt, ein Stück Paradies, das für sein kristallklares Wasser, unberührte Strände und malerische Küstendörfer bekannt ist. Es scheint, dass diese Landschaften Schauplatz von Vergils Aeneis waren.
Unsere Tour führt durch Agropoli, das als Tor zum Cilento bezeichnet wird, und geht weiter nach Santa Maria di Castellabate, wo wir einen ersten Halt einlegen, um die bezaubernde Küste am Fuße des mittelalterlichen Dorfes zu bewundern. Die Tour geht weiter in Richtung San Marco, dann nach Agnone, bis Sie zum zweiten geplanten Halt im herrlichen, fast märchenhaften Dorf Acciaroli gelangen. Während der Route werden (sofern erlaubt) Stopps an Aussichtspunkten eingelegt, um die spektakuläre Landschaft zu genießen und die Skyline zu bewundern, und um Ihnen die Möglichkeit zu geben, die eindrucksvollsten Punkte dieses Küstenstreifens zu verewigen, der auch heute noch eine unberührte, fast wilde Natur bewahrt. Das sind Eigenschaften, die es geheimnisvoll und faszinierend machen.
Wir fahren weiter über Pioppi in Richtung Ascea, wo ein dritter Stopp geplant ist, um die archäologischen Ausgrabungen von Velia zu besichtigen. Wenn NICHT alle Kunden an der archäologischen Stätte interessiert sind, ist während der Wartezeit auf den Besuch ein Stopp an der Strandpromenade von Ascea geplant.
Es ist wichtig zu wissen:
- Die Rückfahrt erfolgt planmäßig über die Staatsstraße, um die Rückfahrt zum Hotel zu beschleunigen, der Bus wird abgedeckt.
- Die Eintrittskarte zu den Ausgrabungen von Velia ist NICHT im Ausflugspreis enthalten, da sie von Altersgruppen und besonderen Vereinbarungen abhängig ist, die die durchgeführten Arbeiten oder andere Sonderfälle betreffen können. Es sollte jedoch betont werden, dass mit dem gleichen Ticket, wenn es innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach dem Kauf genutzt wird, der Zugang zu den Ausgrabungen von Paestum inbegriffen ist (der Ausflug mit uns ist für Donnerstag geplant).
