Ore 10.00 imbarco e partenza con passaggio per Punta Fortino, grotta dell’Elefante e faro. Navigazione per Baia e Scoglio di S. Francesco, Baia e Scoglio di Trentova, Baia del Saùco (antico porto romano) per prima sosta bagno snorkeling, coffee break – Punta Tresino. Visita dell’Area Marina Protetta. Cala S. Giovanni – Punta Pagliarolo e Villaggio dei Trezeni (Villaggio abbandonato). Passaggio per Zona Lago, S. Maria le Gatte borgo marinaro di Castellabate (luoghi del film Benvenuti al Sud), spiaggia del Pozzillo, porto Greco – Romano di S. Marco di Castellabate. Circumnavigazione dell’Isola di Licosa con visita della costa. Navigazione per Baia di Ogliastro, Ripe Rosse con seconda sosta bagno, snorkeling. Partenza per Acciaroli*, sbarco per visita del borgo marinaro, pranzo presso ristorante tipico (alici mbuttunate, melanzane mbuttunate, pasta con alici alla cilentana, ciambotta cilentana, acqua.). Partenza dal porto di Acciaroli con arrivo presso l’isola di Licosa per terza sosta bagno, snorkeling. Rientro in Porto ad Agropoli.
Ore 18.00 arrivo in Porto ad Agropoli.
*Acciaroli borgo marinaro che da sempre accoglie viaggiatori e naviganti. Lo scrittore Ernest Hemingway negli anno ’50 visitò il borgo rimanendone affascinato, e nel contempo fu ispirato per quella che poi divenne la sua più grande opera “il vecchio e il mare”, grazie all’amicizia stretta con un pescatore del posto conosciuto come “u vecchio”. Negli anni ’60 a trasferirsi a Pioppi fu Ancel Keys biologo e fisiologo che per oltre 40 anni studiò accuratamente l’alimentazione della popolazione locale e giunse così alla conclusione che tale alimentazione apportava benefici alla salute. Oggi la Dieta Mediterranea è patrimonio culturale immateriale dell’umanità.

10.00 am boarding and departure with passage to Punta Fortino, Elephant cave and lighthouse. Navigation to the Bay and Scoglio of S. Francesco, the Bay and Scoglio of Trentova, the Baia del Saùco (ancient Roman port) for the first snorkelling swim stop, coffee break – Punta Tresino. Visit to the Marine Protected Area. Cala S. Giovanni – Punta Pagliarolo and Villaggio dei Trezeni (Abandoned village). Passage through the Lake Area, S. Maria le Gatte seaside village of Castellabate (places of the film Welcome to the South), Pozzillo beach, Greek-Roman port of S. Marco di Castellabate. Circumnavigation of the island of Licosa with visit to the coast. Navigation to the Bay of Ogliastro, Ripe Rosse with second swimming stop, snorkeling. Departure for Acciaroli*, disembarkation to visit the seaside village, lunch at a typical restaurant (mbuttunate anchovies, mbuttunate aubergines, Cilento-style pasta with anchovies, Ciambotta ciambotta, water.). Departure from the port of Acciaroli with arrival at the island of Licosa for a third swimming and snorkeling stop. Return to the port of Agropoli.
6.00 pm arrival in the port of Agropoli.
*Acciaroli seaside village that has always welcomed travelers and sailors. The writer Ernest Hemingway in the 50s visited the village remaining fascinated, and at the same time was inspired for what later became his greatest work “the old man and the sea”, thanks to the close friendship with a local fisherman known as “u vecchio”. In the 60s to move to Pioppi was Ancel Keys, biologist and physiologist who for over 40 years carefully studied the diet of the local population and thus came to the conclusion that this diet brought health benefits. Today the Mediterranean Diet is an intangible cultural heritage of humanity.

Départ de l’hôtel à l’heure convenue avec l’agence, pour le port d’Agropoli.
10h00 embarquement et départ avec passage à Punta Fortino, grotte de l’éléphant et phare. Navigation vers la Baie et le Scoglio de S. Francesco, la Baie et le Scoglio de Trentova, la Baia del Saùco (ancien port romain) pour le premier arrêt de baignade en snorkeling, pause café – Punta Tresino. Visite de la Zone Marine Protégée. Cala S. Giovanni – Punta Pagliarolo et Villaggio dei Trezeni (village abandonné). Passage par la Région des Lacs, village balnéaire de S. Maria le Gatte de Castellabate (lieux du film Bienvenue dans le Sud), plage de Pozzillo, port gréco-romain de S. Marco di Castellabate. Circumnavigation de l’île de Licosa avec visite de la côte. Navigation vers la baie d’Ogliastro, Ripe Rosse avec deuxième arrêt baignade, plongée en apnée. Départ pour Acciaroli*, débarquement pour visiter le village balnéaire, déjeuner dans un restaurant typique (anchois mbuttunates, aubergines mbuttunates, pâtes façon Cilento aux anchois, Ciambotta ciambotta, eau.). Départ du port d’Acciaroli avec arrivée à l’île de Licosa pour un troisième arrêt baignade et snorkeling. Retour au port d’Agropoli.
18h00 arrivée au port d’Agropoli.
*Acciaroli village balnéaire qui a toujours accueilli voyageurs et marins. L’écrivain Ernest Hemingway dans les années 50 a visité le village en restant fasciné, et en même temps a été inspiré pour ce qui est devenu plus tard son plus grand travail « le vieil homme et la mer », grâce à l’amitié étroite avec un pêcheur local connu sous le nom de « u’ vecchio». Dans les années 60, Ancel Keys, biologiste et physiologiste qui, pendant plus de 40 ans, a étudié attentivement le régime alimentaire de la population locale et est ainsi arrivé à la conclusion que ce régime apportait des avantages pour la santé. Aujourd’hui, la diète méditerranéenne est un patrimoine culturel immatériel de l’humanité.

Francesco, zur Bucht und zum Scoglio von Trentova, zur Baia del Saùco (alter römischer Hafen) für den ersten Schnorchel-Badestopp, Kaffeepause – Punta Tresino. Besuch im Meeresschutzgebiet. Cala S. Giovanni – Punta Pagliarolo und Villaggio dei Trezeni (verlassenes Dorf). Passage durch das Seengebiet, Küstenort S. Maria le Gatte in Castellabate (Orte des Films „Willkommen im Süden“), Strand von Pozzillo, griechisch-römischer Hafen von S. Marco di Castellabate. Umrundung der Insel Licosa mit Besuch der Küste. Schifffahrt zur Bucht von Ogliastro, Ripe Rosse mit zweitem Badestopp, Schnorcheln. Abfahrt nach Acciaroli*, Ausschiffung zur Besichtigung des Küstendorfes, Mittagessen in einem typischen Restaurant (Mbuttunate-Sardellen, Mbuttunate-Auberginen, Cilento-Nudeln mit Sardellen, Ciambotta Ciambotta, Wasser.). Abfahrt vom Hafen von Acciaroli mit Ankunft auf der Insel Licosa für einen dritten Bade- und Schnorchelstopp. Rückkehr zum Hafen von Agropoli.

* Acciaroli, ein Küstendorf, das immer Reisende und Segler begrüßt hat. Der Schriftsteller Ernest Hemingway besuchte das Dorf in den 50er Jahren und fasziniert war; er wurde gleichzeitig zu seinem späteren größten Werk “Der alte Mann und das Meer” inspiriert, dank der engen Freundschaft mit einem lokalen Fischer, der als “u’ vecchio” bekannt ist. In den 60er Jahren, Ancel Keys, Biologe und Physiologe kam nach Pioppi und für über 40 Jahre lang sorgfältig die Ernährung der lokalen Bevölkerung studierte und so zu dem Schluss kam, dass diese Diät gesundheitliche Vorteile brachte. Heute ist die Mittelmeerdiät ein immaterielles Kulturerbe der Menschheit.
